Overview
After realising that the muzzles available to dog owners were incredibly limiting in both size and style, the founder of Muzzle Movement – already a dog lover, rescuer and trainer – decided to fill the market gap and give dogs what they need.
By creating highly customisable muzzles in a wide range of sizes and styles, The Muzzle Movement was able to provide dogs with a muzzle that doesn’t just look great, but feels great, too.
The only problem – they had no prior marketing experience. So, we helped them implement the most essential elements for an online business, putting their online store in front of their target market.
Today, The Muzzle Movement is the fastest-growing brand of its kind and has helped thousands of dogs in living fun, sociable lives.

Objectives
The objectives for this project were to design and build a high-converting, user-friendly website that would provide an intuitive experience for customers, encouraging them to make purchases easily.
Additionally, we planned to create unique forms and interactive quizzes to help customers navigate the product selection process and place orders more effectively.
Another key objective was to develop and implement a targeted email marketing strategy to nurture leads and generate consistent sales. We also sought to establish affiliate systems to further expand the brand’s reach and create additional revenue streams by incentivising external partners to promote the business.
What we did
To achieve the project’s goals, we began by setting up a high-converting, user-friendly website designed to provide customers with a seamless browsing and purchasing experience.
To boost the site’s visibility, we implemented a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve its ranking in search results and attract organic traffic. We also built an intelligent quiz to help users find the correct size for their dog, enhancing the user experience and driving more accurate product selections.
Alongside this, we set up targeted email marketing campaigns and automations to nurture potential customers and drive repeat purchases. To further boost sales, we launched Google Ads campaigns tailored to the target audience, ensuring traffic was directed to the website.
Once the site was converting and working as planned, we eventually build some ad campaigns on Google & Meta, which immediately provided to be highly profitable, generating a ROAS of over 2,000% and helping the brand reach new heights and audiences.
