Overview
When we begun working with HyperWake, they’d already proven that there was a target audience for their products and built up a solid customer base.
Our goal was to scale their Google Ads account and find new ways to obtain sales from different platforms, whilst taking full advantage of Shopify’s features and apps to increase conversion rate and repeat sales.
Today, their CPA is the lowest it’s ever been, and their ROAS is at its peak.

Objectives
The key goal for HyperWake was to enhance the overall performance of Google Ads campaigns, ensuring they were optimised to generate better results and drive more traffic to the website.
Additionally, we wanted to work on on strategies to increase repeat sales from existing customers by leveraging targeted marketing and personalised offers in order to boost customer loyalty and retention.
We also needed to improve the website’s conversion rate by analysing user behaviour.
What we did
We begun by focusing on building and optimising the Google Ads campaigns and utilising multiple platforms, including search, shopping, YouTube, and display, to drive targeted traffic and achieve better ROI for the business.
We also leveraged Shopify’s built-in features and apps to enhance the website’s performance, specifically aiming to increase the conversion rate and average order value through improved functionality and user experience.
Additionally, we incorporated email marketing strategies to engage existing customers, which help contribute to more repeat sales by nurturing customer relationships and promoting relevant products.
